  • Professional Development

    We offer customized professional development sessions designed to meet the unique needs of educational institutions and their staff. Our topics cover a wide range of behavioral strategies and practices, including understanding behavior, writing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), proactive behavioral strategies, classroom management, social/emotional learning, and de-escalation techniques.

  • Behavior Coaching

    We offer tailored coaching sessions for educators and school teams, conduct focused classroom observations, and develop effective classroom management strategies to enhance overall performance. Behavioral Planning Consultation and Observation

  • Review of behavioral data, plans, and other sources of information provided

  • One, one-hour meeting with team to share findings and provide suggestions for the team to consider implementing for behavioral intervention, systems of reinforcement, Behavior Data collection systems

  • Observation - one, one hour classroom observation

  • One, one-hour meeting with team to share findings and provide any updated suggestions for the team to consider implementing for behavioral intervention, systems of reinforcement, behavior data- collection systems, etc.

FBA/Behavioral Plan (BIP) Development & Small Group Training

  • Review of behavioral data, plans, and other sources of information provided

  • Observation for FBA or BIP development

  • One, two-hour coaching session with small group to learn how to draft a behavioral intervention plan while applying it to an actual student scenario
